I had high quality and well-appointed room to myself with impeccable attention, a light-filled, a beautiful view. Coffee/tea makers and glassware were an advantage.

Their staff were very rude.

My room included a fully stocked mini bar and a writing desk. The location was beautiful and excellent, within easy walking distance of Alsterarkaden. I ate in the Michelin star rated restaurant nearby.

In general the staff were very helpful and attentive. I was here for 3 nights and ate at Michelin-starred restaurant which the hotel staff introduced me. The beds were large and the view of the lake was absolutely superb.

Sincerely, it was a good stay for my business trip. I had updated rooms with impeccable attention, smart TV, for example and the staff were excellent. Loved my stay here and did not want to leave.

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I knew my stay would be extraordinary. The staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with beds that were like sinking into a cloud. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the abundance of amenities to the turn-down service with delicious snacks and wine. The dining experience at the Hotel Grill was phenomenal, with knowledgeable and attentive servers and delectable dishes. The doormen were also incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring our transportation needs were met promptly. I didn't want to leave this place, it felt like a home away from home.

Beautiful room with nice furniture, enough space and big bath room. The double room is very nice for one person's use. The fruit service and water service, was very nice.

The Euro Asian restaurant was for while closed. It was pity. The main lobby hall lounge was very nice and wanted to have tee and snack, but it was full sunday afternoon. Condi Bar was a bit too different atmosphere and can not be so relaxed. They forgot night room making service for the second night, it was first time in this hotel. I called them and they came immediately, but it was of course better to be done when I come back from the theatre.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, near a main annual festival. The surrounding area was very nice, adjacent to several famous landmarks such as Colonnaden, Alsterhaus, and Hanseviertel.

Service was outstanding and the hotel staff had great attention to detail.I Particular liked the gifts for my children and snacks provided when we arrived. I spent app. 3 months a year in hotels as business travler and this is my prefered hotel in the world. It cost money buy you never feel riped off and the value for money is there all the way.
